About Web Flex Sports
Built by Players. Backed by Makers. Trusted by Coaches.
Web Flex Sports was born on the field and built in the shop — designed by athletes and coaches who spent decades wishing for better equipment, and manufactured by an ownership group with the experience to actually build it right. Now we do both.
Our Story
Web Flex Sports was built on a simple premise: the people who design training equipment should be the same people who have used it, broken it, and needed it to be better — and the people who manufacture it should know what it means to build something that lasts.
That is exactly what makes Web Flex Sports unlike any other company in the baseball and softball training equipment industry.
The ownership group behind Web Flex Sports includes members of the founding group of Bad Boy Mowers — the Batesville, Arkansas-based American manufacturer that became one of the most recognized zero-turn lawn mower brands in the country, built on a foundation of American-made quality, durability, and manufacturing excellence. That same manufacturing DNA — the obsession with materials, construction, and products that hold up under real-world punishment — runs through every Web Flex frame, every weld, and every product that carries our name.
When Web Flex Sports says our Pro Series is built to last, we don't just mean it as a marketing promise. We mean it as a manufacturing commitment.
From the Field to the Factory Floor
Parker Bridwell, co-founder and President of Web Flex Sports, spent years throwing in professional bullpens and on major league mounds for the Baltimore Orioles and Los Angeles Angels. He knew exactly what coaches needed on the field during batting practice — and exactly what the equipment that existed was getting wrong. When his playing career ended, he didn't walk away from baseball. He redesigned it.
"I felt it was my duty to make it safer for those players and give them a quality product. You only have so much time to train — we allow you to spend that time getting better." — Parker Bridwell, President & Co-Founder, Web Flex Sports
Alongside Parker, Elliott Sampley — CEO of Web Flex Sports, 2008 Lyon Athletics Hall of Fame inductee, and one of the most decorated coaches in NAIA baseball history — brought 32 years of experience coaching at the collegiate and professional level to every product decision the company makes. From his record-setting tenure as Head Coach of the Missouri Valley Vikings to becoming the winningest softball coach in Lyon College history, Elliott has seen what equipment works and what fails when it matters most.
Completing the trio, Tanner Ring — a First-Team All-Sun Belt Conference honoree from Arkansas State University, a native of Batesville, Arkansas, and a veteran baseball and softball coach — serves as Distribution and Product Manager. Tanner's on-field experience ensures every Web Flex product is field-tested, coach-approved, and built to withstand the punishment of daily competitive use.
Together, these three form the Web Flex Diamond Council — the backbone of every product the company builds, the standard every product must meet, and the reason coaches and athletes across the country trust Web Flex Sports above anyone else in the industry.
The Manufacturing Difference
Most sports training equipment companies design a product and hand it off to a factory. Web Flex Sports is different.
With ownership roots in founding Bad Boy Mowers — an American manufacturing company built from the ground up in Batesville, Arkansas into one of the most trusted equipment brands in the country — the Web Flex ownership team brings a level of manufacturing knowledge and standards that simply does not exist anywhere else in the baseball and softball equipment space.
That background shows up in everything we build:
The patented shock-absorbing technology in our Pro Series frames was engineered to take punishment — not just survive a few seasons, but outlast careers. The highest-grade steel we use isn't a specification chosen by a marketing team — it is a standard set by people who have spent decades building equipment that has to hold up in the real world. The lifetime frame warranty on every Pro Series product isn't a sales tactic — it is a manufacturer's guarantee backed by people who know exactly what they built and exactly how long it will last.
When you buy a Web Flex Pro Series screen, you are not just buying a pitching screen. You are buying American manufacturing expertise applied to the game of baseball and softball for the very first time.
Our Roots — Batesville, Arkansas
Web Flex Sports has deep roots in Batesville, Arkansas. The same community that produced Bad Boy Mowers — one of America's great manufacturing success stories — is home to Web Flex Sports. Tanner Ring, our Distribution and Product Manager, is a Batesville native who grew up in the same community that taught this ownership group what it means to build things that last and stand behind what you make.
We are proud of where we come from. And we build like it.
What We Stand For
01 — Built for Real Practice Every Web Flex product is designed for the demands of daily competitive use — not for a photo shoot. We build for 10,000 reps, not 10.
02 — Player Safety First From our patented shock-absorbing Pro Series frames to our FlexGo portable screens, player safety is never a compromise — it is the starting point of every design.
03 — Diamond Council Approved No product leaves Web Flex Sports without passing the real-world standards of the Diamond Council — three professionals who have played, coached, and trained at the highest levels of the game.
04 — Accessible to Every Athlete Elite-level training should not require an elite-level budget. Our FlexGo Spider Series makes professional-grade equipment affordable for players and programs of every size.
05 — Innovation on the Field The Web Flex Pitching Target, patented shock-absorbing frame technology, and FlexGo portable design are built by people who understood the problem because they lived it.
06 — Backed for Life Every Pro Series product carries a lifetime frame warranty. With ownership roots in founding Bad Boy Mowers, we know what it means to build equipment that holds up under real-world punishment, season after season. When we back a product for life, we mean it.
The Diamond Council — The Experts Behind the Brand
At Web Flex Sports, our products are not built by engineers who have never touched a baseball. They are built by players, coaches, and instructors who have spent their entire lives on the field — and backed by an ownership group that has spent decades building American-made equipment that lasts.
The Web Flex Diamond Council is made up of Elliott Sampley (CEO), Parker Bridwell (President & Co-Founder), and Tanner Ring (Distribution & Product Manager). Their combined experience spans professional baseball, collegiate coaching at the highest levels, Division I playing careers, and years of hands-on player development instruction.
When you buy a Web Flex product, you are buying the accumulated knowledge of over 75 years of combined baseball and softball experience — combined with the manufacturing standards of an ownership group that helped build one of America's most respected equipment brands from the ground up.
